Placement Fees Summer Au Pair £125.00 Au Pair £295.00 Couple £345.00 Mother's Help £325.00 Terms & Conditions 1. These terms and conditions of business will represent a legally binding contract between Liaison Family Exchange ("the Agency") and the Client ("the Family"). All matters mentioned or referred to in the Family Registration & the Au Pair Details forms relevant to this contract shall be incorporated and form part of these Terms & Conditions of Business. The Agency cannot proceed with the placement until the completed Family Registration Form has been received. 2. Every care is taken by the Agency when selecting an au pair to ensure that the au pair suits the Family and visa versa. All information provided to the Family is confidential and is given in good faith. However, no warranty can be given with regard to incorrect information, or the suitability or fitness of the au pair. The final responsibility for any decision to engage the au pair rests with the Family.
