My name is Carole Geale and I am the proprietor of Liaison Family Exchange.  This is an established agency based in Berkshire with seven years experience in successfully placing au pairs.

We select au pairs based on their suitability for childcare, management of light household duties and flexibility to fit into family life.  We consider these criteria as well as independence, interests and other aspects of personality when making the selection.

References are always taken up and candidates are asked to provide a medical report.  When providing families with au pairs, we try to match au pair and family interests and needs.  Many of our au pairs have a very acceptable level of English before they arrive in this country.
